The fastest path to an Aboera audit is a nomination. Establishments may not submit nominations on their own behalf; however, management teams may share the Aboera nomination page with guests who have expressed genuine appreciation for their experience or with members of the public who wish to see the establishment evaluated.

Request an invited audit

Establishments that believe they meet the Aboera standard may reach out to inquire about participation. Outreach does not guarantee an invitation; invitations are extended at Aboera's discretion following internal review or nomination.

The Audit, Step by Step.

Step 01
Nomination or Inquiry

Your establishment enters consideration via guest nomination, direct outreach, or Aboera Identification. Our review team evaluates all candidates.

Step 02
Queue Entry

Qualified candidates enter the audit queue for your region. Timing is dictated by our audit team's city schedule.

Step 03
Anonymous Visit

Aboera auditors conduct visits incognito — no advance notice, no special treatment requested. The experience is evaluated exactly as a paying guest would receive it.

Step 04
Assessment Period

Audit notes are assessed internally. In many cases, multiple visits by different auditors are conducted before a final rating is determined to ensure consistency of experience.

Step 05
Private Report

Regardless of rating outcome, your establishment receives a private audit summary — for internal use only.

Step 06
Publication or Referral

All audited establishments are included in the Aboera directory. Each listing reflects the audit outcome, including star designation where applicable and a brief public summary.

Audit validity & re-audit

An Aboera rating is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Because operational standards and guest experience evolve over time, Aboera publishes only current evaluations.

To remain continuously listed, a re-audit must be initiated prior to expiration. If no re-audit is initiated, the listing is removed from the directory at expiration. A removed establishment may apply for a new audit at any time.

Each re-audit is conducted as a new evaluation. Previous designations do not carry forward, and outcomes may change.

Consulting services for audited establishments

Establishments that have completed an Aboera audit may request professional consulting to strengthen customer service and quality performance, informed by their evaluation findings.

Consulting engagements provide practical guidance across guest interaction, attentiveness, service delivery, and consistency. Recommendations are shaped to the establishment’s brand and service philosophy, without compromising the standards we audit against.

Participation in consulting services is optional and does not influence audit outcomes or future designations. All evaluations and re-evaluations remain independent.
