Anyone may submit a nomination. We require basic details about the establishment along with simple contact information from the submitter.
Aboera's team also actively monitors markets for establishments that demonstrate the hallmarks of exceptional service — independent of any public nomination.
Each nomination and identification is assessed internally for relevance and alignment with Aboera's standards. Not all establishments receive an audit invitation.
If selected for further consideration, the establishment receives a formal invitation to participate in an Aboera audit. Participation requires acceptance.
Upon acceptance, the audit is conducted anonymously under standard guest conditions.
Following completion, a private audit summary is issued to the establishment and a public rating summary is published on the Aboera platform.
Every Aboera rating reflects performance across dozens of criteria including arrival experience, attentiveness, product knowledge, anticipation of need, recovery from error, and overall emotional impression.
